My revelation

I had a revelation. It was all of a sudden, like I was sent into a heavenlylike reality, with no time. There was stillness, yet movement, I was more alive than I ever was in my whole life, love was pouring out timelessly in endless happiness, there was a knowingness of all things - clear, guiltless, free, eternal... There was a star so bright, but not like the usual brightness, a thorough brightness through my entire being. I can reconnect to this experience at any time through Qi-gong.

Material identity

I started to look into myself when I got my first flat, and realized that material things didn't fill the emptiness in me. Dualities like plus and minus, black and white, short and long didn't really matter, just pure love and freedom. I also discovered that we actually are all born in this reality, but prioritize it away in school, in career, family etc. We identify ourselves by names, sex, race, status and so forth, because those are concrete things we can see. But the essence in us, the actual source of all our true beings, is neglected and ignored.

The reconnection

One might experience some moments like...

• Aha!
• Oh, my God!
• No way!

... beyond logical explanations - that's when you reconnect to your true being! When your mind comes back, it immediately brushes off and you feel "normal" again. This is a realization rather than a goal to be reached. I can not give you my realization, but I can guide you to your own with the help of B/N Qi Gong.
